New Knitty Goodness

My NEW favorite scarf! It was knit up with Noro Kureyeon yarn in a mock-rib pattern provided by Vickie Howell of Knitty Gritty. It's sooo warm, and the self-striping pattern is simply amazing. I just fell in love with it, and I wear it all the time now. :)

This is a little rasta-type hat I knit up using Paton's SWS - it's a soy-based yarn that is so deliciously soft. It is also self-patterning. I'm planning on knitting up a scarf to go along with it.

OMG, that looks soooo beautiful in that colorway. You did a fantastic job! I'd love it if you'd send the pic to my web gal: jenny @websydaisy.com, to be included in the "Knitter's Gallery" on my site. :-)

In case anyone's interested: here's the link to the pattern:

Hi Vickie!

Thanks for your kudos! I've gotten a lot of compliments on the scarf - which has become my favorite!!! I LOVED the yarn - excellent choice. I've knit up a few other goodies of yours - and from the show - but I never knew where to send photos. :)
